GRANTS PASS, Ore. (KATU) — A suspected drunk driver hit an In-N-Out Burger sign and just missed the drive-thru lane, according to Grants Pass police in Oregon.
Officers were called to the fast-food restaurant just before 1:45 a.m. Friday morning.
Police said the driver, Raul Ortiz, was arrested for suspicion of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.
The iconic burger sign was damaged, but there were no serious injuries, police said.
In-N-Out is a hamburger restaurant chain based out of California with locations in seven western states.
